Intake

For you to begin with Learn Dutch at Home to start work on improving your Dutch, it is first necessary to determine your current (= initial) language proficiency level. Based on this, we select a module for you on the language level A0, A1, A2, B1, B2 or C1.

If you have a clear understanding of your language proficiency level, you can let us know right away. If you are not sure, you have two options:

• You can take this on-line placement test  for free or
• you can order a 45-minute level assessment session with the teacher via Skype. Having the teacher determine your language level is more accurate, and your overall language proficiency will be determined more reliably. The level assessment session costs EUR 26.

If it occurs that after several lessons at the given language level, we find that the lessons are too hard or too easy for you, we will be happy upon agreement to move to a lower or higher module.
